I’ve shoved my nose right up close to these flowers but didn’t notice a hint of a whiff! Are they fragrant only in the evenings, perchance? I’ve not remembered to sniff them after dark.. and I might look suspicion, like I’m casing the joint (I’ve known gardeners get questioned by police for loitering, even though they were just assessing plants in the garden from outside the fence..!)

Oh they smell alright. The aroma fills the air with perfume when you least expect it. Like a wren: powerful song, small bird; big scent, tiny flower.
