There are a lot of tedious things about rain. These include, but are not confined to, the following:
It makes you wet,
It makes the soil wet,
It makes your sandwiches wet.
You must admit, however, that it does add a little something to a photograph. This lily, the colour of warmth, is bejewelled by raindrops. Beautiful before the downpour, enhanced afterwards.
Beautiful photo! An umbrella might be handy to keep the rain off your sandwiches!!!

Perhaps a special sandwich umbrella, I think there may be a gap in the market! ps Thanks

True that they enrich the flowers; are we in August now? 🙂

On the other hand, I sometimes wonder if people who live in rainy climates, as we do, start to go a little bonkers if it doesn’t rain for a long time. Beautiful, warm colour in that flower.

You might be right, mind you I would risk it for a little while at least!

Ever the optimist! Are your sandwiches getting wet in transit or while being eaten? I am not a fan of soggy sandwiches.

Nor me! I wont even put tomato in them for that very reason 🙂

I don’t think that I’ve ever had to eat soggy sarnies! I agree that raindrops add a certain magic to pictures. xx
