This was the lucky one. The rest were chewed, mangled, dug up and stomped upon. I am haunted by the image of their cute little bunny faces laughing as they danced on my misery.

Oh, dear! I haven’t seen any bunnies here–I think they were all shipped off to Texas (no, really!). The raccoons are hanging around, though: waiting for the figs to ripen.
