Blow me down. At first sight I thought it was an elephant’s trunk !!

I think I better have another look ……. oh yes, I see what you mean. Now an elephant could do an awful lot of damage in the garden!

Whew! Glad someone else saw the elephant. After seeing a praying mantis in a tree I was afraid to say anything this time.

In reality this is a cunning plan by elephants to sneak into your garden and munch on your hostas. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I’ve heard of the elephant in the room, but not the one in the garden. That snail is pretty impressive!

He is! And he had a friend. 🙂 I have a metal snail in my garden, but not as huge as this one, he was very impressive. x

He looks like he could do a lot of damage. But big enough to make a real meal with garlic butter.

yup – I thought it was an elephant too. Everyone loves elephants but I agree that, if let loose in your garden, they would probably do more damage than snails – on the other hand maybe not
