Something that gives me great joy is getting to know a garden. Becoming better aquainted. Learning its nuances, accepting any weaknesses, enjoying strengths. Both forgiving and celebrating. Like a special friend.
That is exactly how I felt today at Max’s.
I felt the love.
The whole that is so much greater than the individual parts.
So you won’t be presenting your invoice, then? Max will breathe a sigh of relief as he gets to keep his Bonios for another month.

Love the geum, exquisite focusing as usual, and your love of Max’s garden. Just as I get acquainted with my garden the rabbits, pheasants and mole decide to rearrange things a bit. Does Max have to contend with in them? In truth, I do love parts of my garden right now.
