Admittedly not looking its best, if we were being kind we might say a little rough around the edges. Still we must give this tattered potentilla some credit for bothering to flower at all at this time of year. Have a rest now love, gather your strength, you will need it for the summer, I’ve got a feeling you are going to be busy.

Do you fall over a lot? You have a wonderful knack for finding all these flowering gems that are probably never in front of where you are going. You are a very lucky person. Which answers my original question. Is there such a thing as perfection in imperfection? That flower has it.

I am just very nosy and rummage about a lot. And yes I think there is perfection in imperfection, much beauty certainly.
