Apparently, a few of them escaped from a pet store. It’s worrisome because we have Northern Alligator Lizards here and their populations could be threatened by these interlopers.

That is a very little frog, indeed. Our lizards are back, but it doesn’t seem to be possible to get them to sit still so they can be photographed.

Wow, how did they get there! Surprised it isn’t a bit chilly there for them, we don’t think we have them here, more likely in Southern Europe.

There were literally hundreds leaving the pond, it was a little bit scary. Wonderful how many actually make it to maturity?
